Cheesecake Inside Strawberries

Cheesecake is great, it's just one of those food rules that can't be denied, but it can be a little on the heavy side sometimes.

That's why we really like the look of these mini cheese cake bites from Christine over at Apple of My Eye.

She has created a lovely lemon and vanilla cream that's then piped inside cored strawberries.

It's a little tricky to get right but the instructions are easy to follow and should be simple enough for any amateur to follow at home.
