This great video looks at the new project of Bridget Firtle who decided to walk away from a successful job as a hedge fund manager and start her own small distillery in Brooklyn New York.
Firtle produces just 5,000 cases a year at her distillery and says she fell in love with the trade after having to analyze the food and drink market in her business career.
Her company is called The Noble Experiment - which was used by many as the nickname for prohibition in America.
It's a beautifully shot video and an insight into one woman's passion to follow her dream and produce a product with soul.
