Wine lovers, are you ready for the top 100 wines of 2012? This infographic from Wine Enthusiast breaks down this year's biggest winners.

The pick for wine of the year goes to Riglos 2009 Gran Corte Las Divas Vineyard Bordeaux-style Red Blend. The wine is from Tupungato, a town in the Argentine region of Mendoza.

Its bouquet is described as ''cushioned berry aromas come with exotic perfumes, bath oils and crushed flower petals.'' The wine is a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc.
