Seattle-based artist, writer and photographer Christopher Boffoli is famous for the mini food landscapes he creates: his world are made with tiny people figures and every kind of food is turned into mountains, rocks, cities.
After having published his pictures in more than 80 countries, and after an annoucement as a finalist for 2012 James Beard Foundation Award in the Humor category, on June 21 Christopher is opening a solo show in New York City at Winston Wächter Fine Art. "It will be my biggest show to date with 44 large mounted pieces," the artist said.
The opening reception will be on Thursday, June 21st from 6-8pm and the show will run through August 24th.
Christopher recently launched a new website for his successful series called Big Appetites.
