Eat Out Restaurant Awards 2018: The Nominees

The red carpet is all set to be rolled for the annual Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards due in Cape Town on 18 November and sponsored by Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino.

The oscars style gala event will held at GrandWest in Cape Town where celebrated chefs, sommeliers, restaurant owners and members of the press will gather to feast on food from some South Africa’s finest chef teams as the roll call is made of the best restaurants in South Africa.

Alongside the restaurant awards there will also be number of individual awards including Eat Out S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna Chef of the Year, Eat Out Retail Capital New Restaurant of the Year and Eat Out Nederburg Rising Star Award amongst many other others.

The Test Kitchen in Cape Town with chef Luke Dale-Roberts has dominated the "Restaurant of the Year" award annually - will they scoop the title once again? We'll bring you the news as we have it.

So far there are a list of 30 nominees, due to be shortlisted to the top ten restaurants in South Africa on the awards night.
