Following months of regional competitions, the moment has finally arrived: the Grand Finale of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 is here. Congratulations to the 21 finalists that have made it this far in the competition earning their place in the prestigious final!
On the 12 and 13 May, a Grand Jury composed of seven of the world’s top chefs will judge the 21 Young Chefs who have worked closely with their respective mentors to perfect their signature dishes.

The 21 finalists will cook in three groups of seven, before the final trio and a winner is named. Here is the schedule of the live stream:
12 MAY: LIVE STREAM DAY 1
The first group of seven chefs will present their signature dishes to the Grand Jury from 12 to 1.10pm Milan time (CEST).
The second group of seven chefs will face the Grand Jury from 5.50 to 7.00pm Milan time (CEST).
13 MAY: LIVE STREAM DAY 2
The third and final group of seven chefs will present their dishes to the Grand Jury from 12 to 1.10pm Milan time (CEST).
THE AWARD CEREMONY LIVE STREAM
The final award ceremony will begin at 7.00pm closing at 8.10pm Milan time (CEST).
During the ceremony two additional prizes will also be assigned:
- Fine Dining Lovers People’s Choice Award 2018
- Acqua Panna - Taste of Authenticity Award 2018 voted by the 21 mentors.
