Massimo Bottura’s new restaurant inside the newly renovated Gucci Garden Galleria in Florence has got food fans excited.

As a more casual proposition than his three-Michelin-star Osteria Francescana in Modena, a former World's Best Restaurant, the Gucci Osteria, which is open throughout the day, promises Italian classics and dishes inspired by Bottura’s frequent travels: think pastas and risottos, alongside tostadas and pork buns.

Below are a selection of shots taken from Instagram, so you have an idea what to expect, should you find yourself in Florence and contemplating a visit. Dishes are priced at around €20-30.

The Gucci Garden Galleria can be found in the Piazza Della Signoria, and also contains a boutique, fashion museum and gallery space dedicated to the iconic Italian fashion brand.

Osteria Gucci ?? esse é o restaurante sensação do momento aqui em Florença! Fica no recém inaugurado Gucci Garden, que conta também com museu e loja exclusiva. O restaurante é do chef mais famoso da Italia, Massimo Bottura, que comanda o segundo melhor restaurante do mundo! Na Osteria Gucci ele não é o chef, mas a cozinha com certeza tem o seu toque: o menu tem pratos clássicos italianos (como o tortellini que pedi e estava maravilhoso!) e também pratos com influência de suas viagens ao redor do mundo. Yet we are several times afraid of it -as if it were a monster. But don’t mind yourselves. Food won’t -differently to what other humans tend to do- leave you on your own, unless it’s you who decide so. At last, I can only say “Thanks” to everyone who teared me up from happiness, joy, intimacy and freedom. Life means freedom and nobody can never take it away from us -unless it’s us who decide so. ?
