Linda Miller Nicholson aka the "lady Gaga of Food" as she's known in cooking circles, is also the producer of some very fine looking vegetable dyed pasta art.
Expressing her creativity through the beloved Italian staple she has made a name for herself on @saltyseattle social media by magicking up some spectacularly colourful pasta with out of this world design and patterns.
While the vibrant colours might seem hard to achieve she has an arsenal of natural colourings up her sleeve including beets, chard, turmeric, charcoal, matcha, harissa, paprika, carrots and peas plus many more household foods. And the eggs? well, naturally, they're from her own flock of spoiled chickens and ducks.
With the dozens of natural shades she's developed she's managed to tackle a number of complicated projects from the USA's stars and stripes to Mount Rainer ravioli.
