Momento brought journalists, chefs, anthropologists, biologists, artists, researchers and peruvian producers together for an event that focused on biodiversity.
The idea of Momento is to help Martinez and his Mater Iniciativa team learn more about the delicious surrounding of Peru, but more than that, allow them to connect with groups of people that at first glance might seem far away from the traditional fine dining landscape.
The video above was filmed at the first ever Momento event, the second will be held in the Amazon rainforest.
