Food on the Edge sponsored by S.Pellegrino is the annual food symposium held in Galway, on the rugged West Coast of Ireland, organised by Michelin star chef JP McMahon. The third edition will be held on 9 and 10 October 2017.
Confirmed speakers this year include Magnus Nilsson of Sweden’s acclaimed two Michelin star Fäviken restaurant, World’s Best Female Chef 2017 Ana Roš, Ashley Palmer-Watts, Executive Chef of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, Paul Cunningham of Denmark’s Henne Kirkeby Kro, Niki Nakayama of LA’s n/naka, Aquavit’s Emma Bengtsson, Aqua's Sven Elverfeld and many, many more. Writer Kat Kinsman will also make an apperance.
Speakers will be sharing their 'food stories' and speaking on the theme of 'Action and Reaction.'
