With not long to go until Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2017 on 21 February – sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna and live-streamed on Fine Dining Lovers - we've decided to take a look at the top 10 placed restaurants on the 2016 list: from Gaggan to Lung King Heen, here are 10 iconic dishes from last year's top 10 restaurants.

The full list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2017 will be announced on February 21st 2017, at 8pm Bangkok time (1pm GMT), at the W Hotel in Bangkok and live-streamed on Fine Dining Lovers on this page.
