We recently highlighted a nice selection of different plating presentation tutorials and they were so well received, we’ve decided to bring a second round up of useful resources when it comes to improving plating.
Great presentation really does elevate a dish, and no good chef has ever set forward in creating recipes without eventually considering how they will be presented to the customer - presentation is actually one of the things that chefs will often continue to play with long after the recipe is perfected.
