We’ve seen some pretty interesting restaurant concepts from Asia, and the latest certainly sits near the top of the pile.
The Donguri restaurant in Shizuoka has taken the idea of a sushi conveyor belt to a whole new level by installing a stream of sushi.
That’s right, food inside this restaurant spins to customers floating on top of water as they lean in and grab what they want.
It’s a new take on the classic sushi conveyor belt style dining and the idea seems to have caught some attention.
