It seems the folks over at Singapore Airlines have been avidly reading Fine Dining Lovers: they’re using tiny food in their latest advertising campaign.
They enlisted the help of miniature food artist Yukio Hasada to recreate six of their in-flight dishes at 1/17 the size, including double ale-braised shoulder of pork with fava beans and sea urchin glazed cod fish. It took Hasada 1000 minutes in total to create all six. Over 100 ingredients were used to create the spellbinding miniature dishes.
