Conde Naste Traveler have a nice series in which they ask some of the world’s best chefs where they would like to eat in certain parts of the world.
They’ve previously spoken with the likes of Rene Redzepi who offered up his own guide on where to eat in Tokyo and now they’ve asked Thomas Keller to offer up his tips for enjoying Napa Valley, California.
Speaking with Keller, who has twice topped The World's 50 Best Restaurants list, the magazine have published a lovely guide to enjoying the best the area has to offer.
Keller’s suggestions for a day starts with a bike ride through Yountville before visiting the Schramsberg winery and the caves where they age their wine.
The day finishes with pre dinner snacks at Auberge du Soleil - a place the chef says is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Napa sunset.
