Are these the Six Best Chefs in the UK?

In just over a week the winners of the GQ Food and Drink Awards for 2015 will be announced with selections for the best restaurants, bars, sommelier and chefs in the UK.

Ahead of the awards ceremony on April 28th, GQ have published a closer look at the round up of chefs in the Best Chef category.

There are six chefs nominated: Jason Atherton, Nieves Barragán Mohacho, Angela Hartnett, Glynn Purnell, Tom Sellers, Martin Wishart.

The votes for the shortlist are compiled by GQ readers with a panel of experts deciding the overall winners.The judging panel includes Tom Kerridge of The Hand & Flowers who was picked as the GQ 2014 Chef of the Year, April Broomfield, Matthew Freud, Oliver Peyton, Justin Carter, Adam Hyman, Lord Rose, Matt Hobbs and Tara Bernerd.
