Culinary Journeys is a new show from CNN that explores the stories behind some of the best chefs in the world. The first episode of the series, which aired on CNN and CNN International, focused on the Italian chef Massimo Bottura as he took viewers on a journey to his home town in the hills of Northern Italy.
The first episode also saw Botttura visit London and chef Fergus Henderson from the famous St John restaurant.
Together the duo, on top of blasting through London in a high powered super car, sat down to try one of Henderson’s most famous dishes.
Alongside the trip to London the first episode also went behind the scenes of Bottura’s Osteria Francescana restaurant in Modena, Italy. Showing exactly what it take to run one of Italy’s best restaurants.
