There will be a number of masterclasses beginning in Singapore next week ahead of the announcement of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List on March 9th.
Presented by some of the world’s best chefs, these Masterclasses will cover a number of different ideas, from a New York style picnic by Daniel Humm and Will Guidara of Eleven Madison Park to a wine work shop entitled ‘Modernist versus Classical’ - a class moderated by one of Singapore’s leading wine experts.
During the same period there will be a whole host of Maestro Dinners with chefs from different restaurants popping up across Singapore. Virgilio Martinez will cook at JAAN, Daniel Humm at Restaurant Andre, Gaggan Anand at Bacchanalia and there will be a Peruvian feast by Gaston Acurio, Martinez, Rafael Piqueras and Mitsuhura Tsumura at Daniel Chavez’s Ola restaurant.
Singapore is going to be awash with creativity, flavour and ideas next week as we all wait in anticipation of the announcement of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2015. Stay tuned as we’ll be at the event bringing you live tweets and interviews with the chefs.
