16-year-old chef Flynn McGarry is set to launch a new pop-up restaurant for four days in New York.
McGarry is famous for the Eureka pop-up he hosted at the BierBeisl restaurant in Beverly Hills where he served a 12-course tasting menu that cost $120 per person.
He’s been hosting pop-ups since the age of 11 inside his mum’s house and had spent time cooking in the kitchens of Grant Achatz and Daniel Humm.
Dinners for the New York pop-up, which is taking place at Creative Edge Parties, cost $180 with a further $65 for wine.
McGarry, who shot to fame when he appeared on the cover of the New York Times food issue in 2014, will cook a 14-course winter menu on Febrary 27th and 28th and March 1st and 2nd.
