Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown series on CNN is back for a fourth season. The first episode will air September 28th and this clip gives you a glimpse of just what's in store.
The season opener focuses on "the China you first fell in love with.'' Bourdain visits the historic Shouning Road night food market in Shanghai where he spots ''the good old stuff'' like deep-fried snake (which he says tastes like chicken), stuffed oysters grilled over charcoal and plenty of mystery foods.
"Walk down the street and look in any direction and there is something to eat. I may not know what it means immediately but chances are it's good," Bourdain narrates.
Parts Unknown season four will kick off September 28th at 8 p.m. Eastern time. Check out the preview:
