We just can't get enough of these fun videos of kids trying gourmet foods for the first time. One this occasion the kids get to try Vegemite for the first time.
For the uninitiated, Vegemite is a beloved Australian spread made from brewer's yeast. It's dark brown with a savory flavor that perks up morning toast. It's to Aussies what peanut butter is to Americans.
The American kids in the video have no clue what Vegemite is and suspect it might be some type of pudding. One of the girls thinks it looks like a "Nutella that's weird" but she's in for a big surprise.
After tasting Vegemite spread on crackers, one wisecracking kid declared: “Looks amazing, tastes terrible.” Sorry, Aussies!
