Paul Liebrandt has joined Alex Atala and David Kinch as one of the latest chefs to visit the home of internet search and deliver his own Google Talk.
The chef who is known for his energetic and often boundary pushing approach to cuisine spoke about his latest book, To the Bone and his views towards fine dining and how it mightr change in the future.
On Fine Dining, Liebrandt says that it’s not going anywhere, instead that it will just develop to match personal preferences as people’s dining habits change.
The chef also speaks about the use of technology in the kitchen and how it will always have an effect on cooking.
