Cronut Creator Does Valentine's Day

The creator of the Cronut, Dominque Ansel, has produced his own variety of Valentine's Day sweets with these Red Lobster Cookies inspired by a famous scene from the hit TV show Friends.

Ansel, who is famous for producing the donut / croissant hybrid, was inspired to create his red lobster cookies from a scene in the show where Phoebe expresses the true meaning of love using lobsters.

The cookies are lightly scented with anise and come packed with a homemade raspberry jam.
