French chef Alain Passard and his protégés convened in Paris for Le Fooding 2014, called Passard et les Arpégiens: eight of Passard's disciples honored him by preparing six special meals inspired by their master's dishes.
The off-beat Le Fooding Paris food event, sponsored by S.Pellegrino, was an occasion to both pay tribute to Passard and celebrate his remarkable legacy.
