Is This What Bullipedia Will Look Like?

Many of us have been wondering what Ferran Adrià's Bullipedia project will look like when it eventually goes live.

We've already spoken with Mateu Casañas, one of the chefs helping Adrià build the giant food database, and now we bring you this video from Aerstudio and Telefonica I + D. showing how recipes within the Wikipedia style site may be visualized.

Users are asked to choose three different ingredients before being shown a series of elBulli dishes that use those specific ingredients.

The visualization is fully interactive and shows an interconnecting web of ingredients and how they might be combined. Users are also shown ingredients by scale for how much they were used and a timeline of exactly when they were used in the restaurant.

Although this is just a promotional video it could well be what the final Bullipedia interface looks like and shows a new and exciting way to explore the world of food.
