We've got to confess that here at FDL our go-to coffee is a nice shot of Italian espresso. It gives us just the right of energy to get through our work day. Not surprisingly, we're big fans of coffee machines of all shapes and sizes so we were thrilled when we stumbled upon the Illy Kiss.
The latest offering from the Italian coffee giant is a sleek espresso maker in a sexy red hue. Illy Kiss is compact and designed to fit into the smallest of spaces. It weighs in at less than 7 lbs. and measures a mere 6.2" x 6.2" x 8.2."
Illy Café collaborated with Swiss engineering company Gotec to create a stainless steel and glass espresso maker that runs smoothly and silently. The Illy Kiss uses minimal energy and has a small touch screen so users can program coffee quantity and temperature.
As a bonus, when seen from above the espresso maker resembles a watch. You add chalk that up to fabulous Swiss engineering.
