Imagine taking all the leftover wrapping paper from Christmas, planting it in the garden and months later pulling it back out as carrots, tomatoes and onions.
Sounds crazy but if the Eden Paper team get their way it's exactly what we'll all be doing very soon.
They've launched a new project on Kickstarter looking for funding for their plantable wrapping paper.
The designs have seeds embedded within the paper allowing people to plant it in the ground and grow a whole range of ingredients, including chili and broccoli.
The project has 19 days left to raise 24,000 to officially launch with the paper expected to be delivered in time for Christmas.
