Chef David Chang's fried chicken with caviar is the stuff of legends - succulent, rich, spicy, oh so crispy and with a burst of salt from the caviar - it's one of those dishes that sounds great and tastes even better.
This month, the chef sat down with Vogue magazine for an interview in which he is pitched as 'America's most relevant chef'. The interview is a fairly open piece with Chang discussing, among other things, his relationship, his own dining habits, his plans for a chain of casual restaurants and how he'd never sell out, because if he did, he thinks: "I'd be one of the those rich guys who feels so guilty and hates the money".
As part of the Vogue piece the fashion magazine have also worked to create an animation explaining how Chang makes his Fried Chicken and Caviar dish. It's not so much a recipe because actual ingredients and measurements are not provided but it's certainly a unique way of presenting dish.
Take a look for yourself as one of Chang's plates comes to life in all it's trippy glory.
