If you are a fan of Grant Achatz and his restaurant Next, by now you've come to expect a fun video of their upcoming menus. Not to disappoint fans, the team has put together a marvelous video of the restaurant's new Bocuse D'Or menu.
The Bocuse D'Or is a prestigious competiton that's come to be known as the Olympics for chefs. The event is held every two years in Lyon, France and was named after the legendary French chef Paul Bocuse.
Competitng chefs create marvelous dishes that they've been practicing for two years. How does one honor the amazing work of these champion chefs? We think the ingenious video below captures it all.
