Peruvian Chef Virgilio Martinez To Participate in Live Chat

If you're a fan of Peruvian rising star Virgilio Martinez, you're in for a nice 4th of July holiday treat. The acclaimed chef will participate in a live chat with fans on Friday.

The chat will be hosted on Creative Mornings, a website that hosts monthly breakfast lecture series. The lecture will take place at 9 am in Lima. Although the chat is just two days away, you've still got time to register to participate.

Martinez is the chef of Central in Lima, a restaurant that blends traditional Peruvian flavors with flavors from around the world. It ranks 50th on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. The chef is also the patron of Lima in London.
