In a video posted online by the Guardian newspaper the world famous chef Ferran Adria discusses his latest challenges as he begins to work on building an elBulli legacy.
Adria's restaurant closed in 2011 after dominating the culinary world with 3 Michelin stars and 5 times placing top of The World's 50 Best Restaurants List.
Since then the chef has worked with a number of different professions to slowly begin to build the elBulli foundation - a creative research hub with many facets.
In the video Adria discusses the idea, why he started it and what he hopes the ambitious project will achieve. He said he believes the most ambitious projects are usually the important ones finishing the interview with a cheeky smile, adding: "The elBulli Foundation is a crazy idea, no one else would do it."
