It's not every day that worlds of architecture and food combine but that's exactly what's happened with the launch of this new product from Alessi.
They are a range of 6 architecture inspired molds for cooking with. Speaking on the company website they said: “Ever since the end of the 1500s the shapes of desserts, cake moulds and timbales have been evolving, often imitating or reproducing forms found in architecture and nature."
The idea is that the moulds can be used to make a range of sweet and savory dishes and will provide unique shapes for keen cooks to play with.
The company also say that different colors can be laid into the moulds creating interesting shapes and patterns for things like Jello Shots.
