The dust has settled from a big night at the James Beard Awards 2013 and with it comes a huge list of winners to look back over from the event.
David Chang and Paul Kahan both shared the outstanding chef award while Danny Bowien from Mission Chinese Food was picked as the one to watch with the Rising Star award. The Best New Restaurant Award went to State Bird Provisions in San Francisco.
The Lifetime Achievement Award went to Cecilia Chiang and Emeril Lagasse was highlighted as the Humanitarian of The Year.
