Our terrestrial curiosity is simply too big to ignore this video from the Canadian Space Agency. In it, commander Chris Hadfield demonstrates how to eat dessert in space - coffee included.

It's fascinating to see the process of preparing dessert in zero gravity. Hadfield cuts open a packet of floating chocolate fudge cake which he eats with no hands. Cool, right?

Of course, dessert wouldn't be complete without coffee. He shows you how astronauts make that too. They drink it hot just like we do with one teeny exception: astronauts drink coffee out of a straw.
