Hong Kong's Fine Dining Scene

With the announcement of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants List just around the corner, we wanted to take a look at the fine dining scene in Hong Kong. One of the top destinations in Asia, Hong Kong has four restaurants in the top 10 ranks of The Miele Guide, a prestigious food guide that lists the best restaurants in Asia.

So far, the best restaurants in Hong Kong are: L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, a three Michelin-starred restaurant which ranked third in by Miele; Caprice, a three-Michelin starred restaurant located at the Four Seasons hotel ranked seventh place; Amber, a two-Michelin starred restaurant at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental which ranked eigth place; and 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana, a three-Michelin starred Italian restaurant in the heart of the city which ranked ninth place.

Of course, this listing is just a hint of what restaurants could be featured in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants List. The awards will be announced on February 25th in a gala event at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Stay tuned for more news as the event develops...
