Created by BiCE restaurant in New York the dish is bit more than a bowl of Bolognese. It comes with taglioni, two pounds of lobster, organic veg and lots and lots of black truffles.
The dish is served on a gold leafed plate designed by the fashion maestro Gianni Versace and guests get to keep the plate as part of the price.
