Ever since Ferran and Albert Adria announced plans to open a snack and cocktail bar adjacent to their Barcelona tapas restaurant Tickets, the food world has been waiting with anticipation.
What would the duo prepare? Would it be the classic food of elBulli or would it be a a whole new style - would they modernize tapas even further?
Back in June the pair announced the installation Frosted Rain a multi sensory display that hangs from the roof, reflecting light projections and sound. The 41 Degrees Experience was born with 16 lucky diners every evening taken through a multi course tasting menu made up of 41 snacks.
The food is served alongside homemade cocktails and the 41 Degrees experience remains one of the only places in the world where you can still try some of the elBulli classics.
FDL were lucky enough to try the experience for ourselves recently and we wanted to share some of the pictures with you.
