The chain of restaurants SushiSamba is set to open its first venue in Europe with a new restaurant in London's Bishopsgate.
The restaurant is famous for its Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian fusion food and the new venue will be headed up by Jeffrey Kipp previously of Gordon Ramsay’s Royal Hospital Road, Citrus in St Martin and Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago.
The restaurant will sit on the 38th and 39th floor of the Heron Tower and will feature two outdoor terraces that offer diners spectacular views of the capital.
The move to open in England is yet another sign of the growing spread of Latin American cuisine and with London already crazy about sushi, we guess it won't take too long for the samba rhythms to take hold.
