Jordi Roca, the youngest of the Roca Brothers, is to open an ice cream shop in Girona home to the brother's world famous restaurant "Celler Can Roca", voted second on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2011.
The store will open initially in Girona but Jordi told food journalist, Maria Canabal, that he would like to open them throughout Spain and perhaps the world.
The store will be called ROCAMBOLESC and Jordi, a trained pastry chef, promises to surprise visitors with some amazing flavors.
