The world waits to find out which restaurants will make The World's 50 Best Restaurants List 2012 on the 30th April at London's Guildhall. Martín Berasategui - Martín Berasategui - San Sebastian
Chef Martín Berasategui whose restaurant in San Sebastian shares his name has welcomed a team of photographers and video makers into his kitchen to film him at work. The video is being used to promote the launch of his new website design and provides a great insight into the inner workings of a top kitchen and team selected as the 29th best restaurant in the world in 2011.
The video also includes some absolutely mouth watering examples of Berasategui's colorful food.
Daniel Humm - Eleven Madison Park - New York
Chef Daniel Humm and the general manager from the world famous Eleven Madison Park restaurant in New York has opened a restaurant in the new NoMad Hotel . The highly anticipated venture includes European style courtyards, rich furniture akin to the setting of Mad Men and huge antique bookshelf that gives the dining room a lot of character. With the duo placing 24th on The World's 50 Best Restaurants List in 2011 for their Eleven Madison Park restaurant - their latest offering is causing lots of excitement in New York.
Fergus Henderson - St John - London
Chef Fergus Henderson has created his first ever festival menu. The chef from The St John Restaurant is famous for using offal and lesser used cuts of meat and using technical brilliance in the kitchen to make them shine. Alongside other chefs Fergus will host a weekend of lavish communal feast of five courses to two thousand people over the three days - including a dish using Grilled Ox Heart. The dinner is part of the Wilderness festival which celebrates art in the lakes, forests and wild lands of England.
