Fine Dining Lovers features an exclusive video: two of the Best chefs in the world, the Brazilian Alex Atala - number 7 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants List - and the Italian Andrea Berton, cooking together at the Milanese Trussardi alla Scala restaurant for a special, exclusive dinner on the occasion of Identità Golose event.
They first met at Salzburg's Hangar-7 , run by chef Roland Trettl, and then at the Brazilian food congress Semana Mesa: the pair shared such a strong culinary connection that they decided to work on a menu together with each chef contributing their own style.
The film shows the chefs cooking a Italian-Brazilian four-handed fusion menu: a true insight into the work and passions of two truly great chefs.
