Simon Johnson
It’s a simple but successful recipe for Simon Johnson’s ‘Talk, Eat, Drink’ cooking classes. Celebrity chefs from some of Sydney’s top restaurants, lead a two hour demonstration, with plenty of tastings along the way. While you won’t get your hands dirty (unless you’re one of the brave volunteers), there’s plenty to learn and a glass of wine doesn’t hurt.
