Massimo Bottura's Gucci Osteria Seoul | Discover the Dishes

Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura opens in Seoul in March 2022, featuring signature dishes such as the 'Emilia Burger' and tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano cream. There are also creative takes on Italian-centred dishes and new seasonal Korean-inspired creations, including 'Seoul Garden' and 'Summer in Adriatic'. The menus were developed by Massimo Bottura, Karime Lopez, executive chef of Gucci Osteria Florence, together with Seoul executive chef Hyungkyu Jun and head chef Davide Cardellini.
