Spain was the great protagonist of the sixteenth edition of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2022, with some of its most famous Michelin-starred chefs distributed over twelve official nights in the most evocative establishments in Italian-speaking Switzerland.
From the grand opening, to the final party - both held at the Hotel Splendide Royal in Lugano - the 13-evening programme brought a shower of Michelin stars to Ticino, from Joan Roca and Paco Roncero, to Sergio Torres and Paolo Casagrande, to name a few.
