Welcome to Esmé - The New Chicago Restaurant by Jenner Tomaska and Katrina Bravo

Last August, chef Jenner Tomaska and wife Katrina Bravo opened Esmé in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighbourhood.

The restaurant has reimagined the model of fine dining, merging art and philanthropy as part of the experience. 

The tasting menu changes with the seasons, and dishes take inspiration from the vibrant creative culture of Chicago. "Sample dishes from the opening summer menu include salt-baked sablefish wrapped in squash blossoms and a wagyu éclair with salted strawberries, pine, parsnip," says a statement from the restaurant.

"Throughout the year, Tomaska and Bravo will additionally curate collaboration dinners with local artists, creatives and luminaries with a portion of proceeds supporting the individual’s philanthropic endeavors or projects."
