Meet Kate Jenkins - The Artist who Knits Your Favorite Dishes

Kate Jenkins is a textile designer and artist. After working for many different fashion brands, in 2006 she opened her own shop and started on her own collection. At the same time she started working on her first art exhibition, 'Comfort Food', which showcased the UK's favourite foods, including fish and chips, roast beef dinner, sardines on toast, and bangers and mash - all knitted with wool. 

That was just the beginning. Now Kate is still working as fashion designer for different brands, but her knitted food creations are requested all around the world. Have a look and, yes, try to not get too hungry.
