Spanish three Michelin starred chef Quique Dacosta is recruiting for a special project in London and is looking to hire kitchen, service, wine and cocktail area staff for his new ArrosQD restaurant.
It is Dacosta’s first international restaurant outside his native Spain and is billed as the ‘evolution of Paella’ brining a modern reimagining of the traditional rice dishes of Valencia to Fitzrovia, London.
Cooked over wood fire across a theatrical 6 metre stove and set in dramatically designed interiors, Londoner’s will be invited to enjoy a new version of the famous Spanish rice dish, together with some of Quique’s other iconic and new dishes.
Doors of ArrosQD will open in June.
