'Taste of Dublin' Food Festival

The food festival, Taste of Dublin is now in its sixth year and takes place from the 9th to the 12th June. Held at Iveagh Gardens in the city centre, restaurants and chefs from around the city come together to take part in the event which showcases the best flavours of Ireland.

Those attending can sample dishes from around Ireland and pick up tips and tricks from world famous chefs. This year will see the launch of the Taste Factor, a search to find Ireland's best amateur chef and anyone who thinks they have the skills can enter the competition.

If you're looking to get closer to irish food and sample some local delights such as, homemade soda bread, black pudding and Irish stew this is the place to visit. There will also be top fine dining options available as some of the city's biggest and best restaurants host stands at the event.

There's cooking courses, a taste bar and even a BBQ master-class to help you get prepared for those ever looming hot summer months.
