Save The Date For The First-Ever Harlem Eat Up! Festival
Join Marcus Samuelsson, Daniel Boulud, Sean Brock and other A-list chefs for the inaugural edition of the Harlem Eat Up! Festival taking place May 15-17.
New York City is gearing up for the inaugural edition of the Harlem Eat Up! Festival, which celebrates the vibrant culture, music and food of upper Manhattan.
The four-day event will take place May 15-17 and is spearheaded by chef Marcus Samuelsson, who opened his Red Rooster restaurant in the neighborhood five years ago, event marketer Herb Karlitz and honorary chair Bill Clinton.
Harlem Eat Up! feature the participation of celebrated chefs including Daniel Boulud, Amanda Freitag, Ludo Lefebvre, Michael White, Sean Brock, Alex Guarnaschelli, Marc Murphy, Alexander Smalls and Paul Qui.
Aside from sampling wonderful food, wines and premium beverages, visitors may choose to attend a panel discussion on Citymeals-on-Wheels with Boulud, Qui, Smalls and renown restaurant critic Gail Greene. There will also be culinary workshops, cooking competitions and a special stroll at Morningside Park.
