Cheese 2021

The biggest international food fair dedicated to raw milk cheeses is to return in September 2021 in the city of Bra, Piedmont, Italy.

Announced by organisers SlowFood and the City of Bra, the event is to welcome shepherds and cheese producers from all over the world to showcase their products, providing a welcome boost to producers from Italy and further afield. 

With many small-scale producers hit by the closure of restaurants during the pandemic, the event, which will take place from 17 - 20 September in Bra is a vote of confidence for the dairy industry and for cheese lovers. The thirteenth edition of the biennial Cheese event will also provide an impetus to local activities and tourist activities.
